By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Nani Cleaning provides residential cleaning services including house cleaning, apartment cleaning, and deep cleaning. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings can be made by phone, email, or our online contact form. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a short-notice fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Access to Your Property
You are responsible for ensuring our team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access your home after a reasonable waiting period, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the wasted visit. Access arrangements (keys, lockboxes, fobs) must be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
4. Scope of Work
We will perform the cleaning tasks agreed upon at booking. Any additional tasks requested on the day of service may not be possible within the scheduled time and may require a separate booking. We do not move heavy furniture or perform tasks that pose a safety risk to our team.
5. Satisfaction and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the result of a cleaning visit, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a return visit to address any areas of concern at no additional cost. We do not offer monetary refunds for completed services except in cases of genuine service failure.
6. Damage and Liability
All Nani Cleaning team members are insured. In the event that something in your home is damaged during a visit, please notify us within 48 hours. We will address the matter professionally. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or items that were fragile or improperly secured.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning visit unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cash. Overdue balances may result in suspension of scheduled services.
8. Website Use
The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our website content without our written permission. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the website content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nani Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
