It depends on the size and condition of your home. A typical 2–3 bedroom home takes between 2 and 3.5 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
You don't need to clean, but if you can pick up clutter from the floor and counters, it helps us spend more time on the actual cleaning. We'll let you know if anything is in the way.
We aim to match you with the same team member for regular visits. If that person is unavailable, we'll let you know in advance and send a replacement who has been briefed on your preferences.
